Juliana Smulikowskiego 4A lok. 21, 00-389 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs under KRS number 0001203396, NIP 5252961310, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider.<\/p>\n  <p>Using the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use. The Terms of Use are made available free of charge in a manner that allows them to be obtained, reproduced, and stored.<\/p>\n\n  <h2><span class=\"n\">2.<\/span><span>Definitions<\/span><\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li><strong>Website.<\/strong> The website available at hurteks.pl together with its subpages.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Service Provider.<\/strong> Hurteks Sp. z o.o.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>User.<\/strong> Any person using the Website.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Contractor.<\/strong> A business entering into commercial cooperation with the Service Provider.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2><span class=\"n\">3.<\/span><span>Scope and Nature of Services<\/span><\/h2>\n  <p>The Service Provider conducts business in the wholesale and international distribution of optical fibre, fibre-optic cables, and FTTx components.
